The Angelina pastry chef had the idea to associate their well-known chocolate macaron to the famous Maury “Mas Amiel”, and a mix of spices.

I went to this lovely place last year when I was in Paris. Everything looked just so exquisite. I wish I could take one of these macarons right now. Do you know what the ’spices’ are?
